Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our handmade items. If you're not completely happy with your order, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns Time Frame

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items. Items that are considered custom, are apparel that we have tailored for your specific measurements or custom jewellery that is not available as a stock item on our website. 

  • Once receiving your item you must notify us by email within this 14-day window if you’d like to return an item.

  • Once approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. If we have sent you anything complimentary, such as stickers please do feel free to keep those!

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Returns must be sent with a trackable shipping service

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery
  • Made-to-order clothing (where specified)
  • Swimwear without it's hygiene strip attached. 
  • Underwear
  • Sale items or discounted items
  • Earrings and any other jewellery that passes through the body (for hygiene reasons)
  • Worn items

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if the wrong size is order, please get in touch via email and we are happy to help!

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t arrive.

  • The return address will depend on your location - please reach out and we will let you know the most cost effective solution. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
